SendGrid sync

The SendGrid sync tool has been created to sync the dynamic templates from our SendGrid development account to our production account. This way, we only need to manage our templates only in the development environment and don't need to worry about keeping them in sync by manually writing the templates in both environments. We still need to manually click on the sync button though.
